By downloading, installing, or using ISP Audit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.
Description of Service
ISP Audit is a macOS menu bar application that monitors your internet connectivity, records outages, runs speed tests, and generates reports to help you document service issues with your Internet Service Provider (ISP). The application is available in two tiers:
- Free - basic connectivity monitoring, single speed tests, network diagnostics, and smart detection
- Pro - includes unlimited history, PDF and CSV report export, automatic discount calculator, complaint templates, and trend analysis
License
ISP Audit grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the application on your macOS devices. The Pro tier is a one-time purchase that grants a lifetime license for personal use.
Disclaimer
ISP Audit provides tools to monitor and document your internet connectivity. However:
- We do not guarantee that using ISP Audit will result in refunds or compensation from your ISP
- Connectivity data is collected on a best-effort basis and may not capture every interruption
- Discount calculations and refund estimates are approximations based on your plan details and recorded outages
- Complaint templates are provided as guidance and may need to be adapted to your specific situation and jurisdiction

ISP Audit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall ISP Audit be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the application.
